This section protects someone who has started to fulfill a property contract, even if the paperwork isn't fully done. If you've paid some money, moved in, or started making improvements on a property based on an agreement, the seller can't suddenly kick you out.
A agrees to sell his house to B, and B pays a deposit and starts renovating the house. Even if the sale deed isn't registered yet, A can't later claim the house back because B has partially performed the contract.
- •You have rights if you've partially fulfilled a property contract.
- •The seller can't easily go back on their word if you've acted on the agreement.
- •You may have the right to stay on the property even if the sale isn't fully registered.
