🗣️ Simple Explanation

This section says that if a court case is going on about a property, nobody involved can sell or give away that property without the court's permission. This is to prevent people from trying to mess with the property while the case is ongoing.

💡 Real Life Example

A is suing B over a house. While the case is ongoing, B tries to sell the house to C. Section 52 prevents this sale unless the court allows it.

🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
  • You have the right to know if a property is involved in a court case before you buy it.
  • If you are involved in a property dispute, you cannot sell the property without court permission.
