🗣️ Simple Explanation

This section explains how a rental agreement (lease) can end. It can end when the agreed time is up, if a specific event happens, if the landlord's ownership ends, if the tenant and landlord become the same person, if the tenant gives up the lease, or if the tenant breaks the rules (like not paying rent).

💡 Real Life Example

A rents a shop to B for 2 years. The lease ends after 2 years (time expires). If B doesn't pay rent, A can end the lease (breach of condition).

🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
  • You have the right to know the terms under which the lease can be terminated.
  • Landlords must follow the legal process to end a lease.
  • Tenants have rights if the landlord tries to end the lease unfairly.
