🗣️ Simple Explanation

This section says if you break any rule in the Motor Vehicles Act, you can be fined. For the first time, the fine can be up to ₹500. If you do it again, the fine can go up to ₹1000.

Fine up to ₹500 for first offence, ₹1000 for subsequent offences

💡 Real Life Example

A is caught driving without a license. For the first offense, A is fined ₹300. If A is caught again driving without a license, A is fined ₹800.
