Section 67 of the IT Act 2025 deals with publishing or transmitting obscene material electronically. This means it's illegal to share explicit content online.

⚖️ Punishment

Imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees for first conviction; and imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees for second or subsequent conviction.
