🗣️ Simple Explanation

This section basically says that the High Court can do whatever it needs to do to make sure justice is served. It can correct mistakes, stop misuse of the law, and ensure fairness, even if the CrPC doesn't specifically say it can.

💡 Real Life Example

A lower court wrongly convicts A. The High Court, using Section 482, can step in to overturn the conviction and ensure A gets a fair trial.

🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
  • You have the right to approach the High Court if you feel justice hasn't been served in a lower court.
  • The High Court can intervene to prevent misuse of the legal process.
